In a fog

I make it too difficult, Lord, this following You

and isn’t all of life that way, difficult, yet sweet

the fellowship I find in You, drips with honey when I’m in need

and isn’t all of life that way, me in need of You

So, here I am again, confused as to where I need to turn

Bends in the road are closer now, and your heart I must discern

Here or there, left or right, stay or go

Which way is Yours, I’m in a fog, Lord, and I cannot see the road

*“Faith never knows where it is being led,
but it loves and knows the One Who is leading.”

So I’ll shift my focus more to You and less upon the road

Fixing my eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of my faith

Are you not my eyes, Lord, and I blind without you here

Are you not my ears, Lord, and Your words I seek to hear

Are you not my heart, Lord, my very life and love

I may not know where am going , Lord, I stand here in a fog

But I know the One who is leading, and You always lead me well.

  1. Thank you so much for providing individuals with remarkably remarkable chance to read articles and blog posts from here. It is often so good and stuffed with a great time for me personally and my office acquaintances to visit your website really three times in a week to read the latest things you will have. And lastly, I’m so always impressed with all the eye-popping inspiring ideas you serve. Certain 1 facts in this article are rather the most effective I’ve had.

  2. Praying the Lord will Make His path known to you with precise clarity.

Like Mom says, don’t bolt too far ahead of Him.

  3. just one step/day at a time knowing your Shepherd is going before you. Do not bolt ahead of Him trying to see what is around a corner. “Cast ALL your anxiety on Him because He cares for you”

Write all the anxieties down on paper and then take them and nail them firmly to a cross. Display this where you can see it thruout the day and night for when the enemy attempts to get you fretting about any of them again. When that occurs. say OUT LOUD – Thank You Lord that You are handling this care IN YOUR TIME.. Fill me with Your Peace as I enter into and stay inYour Rest. Amen
