Psalm 94:18-19
If I should say, “My foot has slipped,” Your lovingkindness, O Lord, will hold me up.
When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul.
All our praise we lift to the God who never fails us.
We have failed Him, time and time again
but He is true to His covenant, His Promise, His Word, to Himself
How many times do we look up and say, “God, I’ve done it again.
My foot has slipped.”
But He forgives us, restores us, and sets us on the right path again
When we are worried and afraid
when our anxious thoughts multiply within us
Only His comfort and consolations could bring us out of such dismay
truly His consolations delight my Soul.
I look at the picture above and realize that my God is more solid than the mountains
God’s forgiveness covers more than all the oceans of the world
His kindness toward us is beyond comprehension
we must just sit down at His feet and receive as He pours out.
He never fails us, never leaves us, never gives up on us
All our praise we lift to the God of our Salvation, Jesus Christ.
