26 In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; 27 and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.  (Romans 8)

I just watched a fascinating Documentary.   In it, we were shown the plight of the Orchid Bee, who drawn by the intense fragrance of this magnificent flower, find himself sliding down into the middle cup of the bloom.  It is filled with a sticky substance, and God has provided only one way out of this flower, toward the back of the bloom.  The Bee must struggle to climb through the narrow space, and as it does, the plant literally tightens its grip on the Bee.  The Orchid then drops two pollen sacks upon the back of the Bee, and when this is completed, the Orchid releases the Bee.  The insect then foes to another orchid, and as the same things occurs, deposits the pollen into the new Orchid, thus insuring the continued existence of this fascinating plant.  I share this with you to point out that often times we do not understand what is happening in our lives.  We, like our Little Orchid Bee, feel as if we are drowning at times.  We feel confined, held back, yet all the while God is placing with us, His marvelous plan, and strengthening us in the struggle.  We emerge stronger, and wiser, with more opportunities to spread the Good News about Our Precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  God really does work all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.  The Prophet Jeremiah also found himself in a predicament of confinement during the invasion of Jerusalem by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.  Read Below:

11 Now Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon gave orders about Jeremiah through Nebuzaradan the captain of the bodyguard, saying, 12 “Take him and look after him, and do nothing harmful to him, but rather deal with him just as he tells you.” (Jeremiah 39)

God had sent ahead to Nebuchadnezzar, and granted favor toward Jeremiah.  Oh, God’s sovereignty knows no bounds.  His love for us in unsearchable.  When we are in times of confinement, places where we feel stuck, God is doing a great Unseen Work in our lives.  Trust Him, Dear friends.  He will do far more than any of us could ever ask, thin, or even dare to imagine.  Trust Him, Rest in Him in the times of Confinement.  People will marvel at the Grace of God flowing from your life.
